I&#039;d welcome additional input on this language issue from any trans readers. Good point about &quot;testosterone-free&quot; - it was a convenient phrase to use for the article, but not 100% accurate. I&#039;ll be more careful about that in the future.</description>

NOT transgendered - that sounds like a disease and is not correct grammar. also, the point of a women/trans night is not to be &quot;testosterone free&quot; -- lots of trans guys are flowing with testosterone, and this night is specifically welcoming them. so please, let&#039;s make sure we check our language and presumptions when writing.</description>
